Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Betable (“Betable”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data. It applies to visitors to this website, to our business contacts and clients, and to individuals whose data we handle when providing our platform and services.
Betable is a business-to-business iGaming technology provider. In most cases we act as a data controller for our own website, marketing and client-relationship data, and as a data processor when we process player or end-customer data on behalf of the licensed operators who use our platform. Where we act as a processor, the relevant operator is the controller and their privacy notice governs that processing.
Who we are and how to contact us
The controller of personal data described in this policy is BETABLE LIMITED (company no. 07080629), registered at Suite 2.01 Colony Jactin House, 24 Hood Street, Manchester, England, M4 6WX. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
The personal data we collect
- Website visitors: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Enquiries and business contacts: name, work email, company, job role, and the content of messages you send us through our forms or by email.
- Clients and partners: contact and account details, contractual and billing information, and records of our dealings with you.
- Player / end-customer data (as processor): data we process only on documented instructions from the operator that is the controller, under the terms of our agreement with them.
How we collect it
Directly from you (for example when you complete a form, request a demo or contact us); automatically as you use our website (cookies and analytics); and from third parties such as our clients, partners and publicly available sources.
Why we use it and our legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services, performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and platform, our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business.
- To send relevant marketing, your consent, or our legitimate interests where permitted, with an option to opt out at any time.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC) and record-keeping requirements.
Marketing communications
Where we send you marketing, you can withdraw consent or opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect service or transactional messages.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Where required, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.
Who we share data with
We may share personal data with service providers and sub-processors who support our business (such as hosting, analytics, email and CRM providers), with companies in our group, with our clients and partners where relevant to the services, and with regulators, auditors or law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so. We require our processors to protect personal data and to act only on our instructions.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or the EEA, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Some records are kept for longer where required by law, for example AML/KYC and financial records retained for the statutory period.
How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure infrastructure, to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. Where we process player data on behalf of an operator, please direct your request to that operator, and we will support them as their processor. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Automated risk, fraud and AML screening may be applied to protect the integrity of the platform.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
